Job Description
  • This is a 12-month, full-time, exempt Talent Share with a time commitment of 100%.
  • Exempt candidates-Associate Manager, Lead Consultant, Claim Service Leader will be considered for this role.
  • The candidate will be working virtually/from home during the Talent Share.
  • Interested employees should have a conversation with their immediate manager and approval before applying for this opportunity.
  • Claims candidates must also have approval up through Auto Leadership.
  • Service Delivery (CCC, ISC, RMBC, ASIC, GEM/ASA) employees must also have director-level approval before applying for this Talent Share.


What You Will Do
  • Support the operations and claim activities within our Design Auto Technical Organization (back up GHRN)
  • Collaborate with Design Director, Ops Sr Leader, and Design Senior Leaders to implement operational strategies and drive business objectives in customer service, quality, operational and expense management
  • Plan and participate in most Senior Management meetings and strategy sessions
  • Monitor key business results & performance measures to identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in the development and Implementation of action plans aligned with our Auto plan
  • Support Sr. Operations leader in regulatory, compliance, budget planning, staff allocations, process changes, communication plans, and many other operational support functions
  • Assist in resolving escalated claims issues & concerns
  • Partner with cross functional teams and represent your organization on such teams

Job Qualifications

Skills You Should Have:
  • Foundational knowledge of auto damage estimating
  • Proven performance in key business results related to quality and customer
  • Solid foundation as effective communicator
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel to support necessary meetings
  • Currently Associate Manager, Lead Consultant, or Claim Service Leader level
